1. Can I use the music in my monetized videos (YouTube, Twitch, etc.)?
Absolutely. Each song submitted is covered by a commercial use license. Thanks to my Pro/Premier subscription on Suno and the integration of my post-production process, you have the legal right to use the music in your content without fear of Content ID Claims or copyright infringement.

2. Who is the author of the music?
The process is a hybrid collaboration. The AI ​​generates the raw track following my instructions (prompting), but the final result is the result of my artistic direction, critical selection, and mastering. Legally, I grant you full commercial use rights for the agreed-upon project.

3. Is the music "original"? Do I run the risk of hearing the same song elsewhere?
No. Although the AI ​​draws from vast style databases, the way I structure the prompts and subsequent post-production manipulation makes each track unique. Unlike stock libraries used by thousands of people, here you'll get a sound designed specifically for your vision.

4. What happens if I receive a copyright complaint?
This is extremely rare with my working method. However, in the event of false positives (so-called "false claims"), I offer free assistance to resolve the dispute by providing the necessary documentation certifying the license is valid.

5. Can I register the song with the SIAE or similar?
Currently, copyright laws for works generated entirely by AI are evolving globally. Currently, AI music is perfect for commercial use (advertising, social media, video), but registering it as an "original work" for traditional copyright protection is a gray area. I recommend using it for business and branding purposes, where the license is what really matters.
